Today, I'm thrilled to share an exciting milestone in our journey OWNA has officially acquired Juice Technology, the parent company of Kidsoft, Kangarootime Australia, Smart Central, Kindyhub, and Infocare (NZ).

Over the past few years, we've been in ongoing discussions with the Juice Technology team. The timing was never quite right, until now. I'm grateful that we stayed the course, remaining committed and patient, and that our shared vision has finally brought us together.

This acquisition isn't just about growth for growth's sake - it's about people, purpose, and potential. We share the same values: a relentless drive to innovate, a passion for solving real problems for customers, and a culture built on collaboration and trust.

Bringing Juice Technology into the OWNA family strengthens our ability to serve the Early Education community in powerful new ways.
