As you may know, the department released updates to the EYLF & MTOP learning frameworks.
The 'v2.0' editions will be added to OWNA very soon, but in the meantime, why not download these FREE posters?
What's Changed with the EYLF?

Here's a quick rundown of the changes with the EYLF v2.0.
Practices
Some language changes and additions of new practices mean that the list of EYLF practices currently looks like this:
Holistic, integrated and interconnected approaches
Responsiveness to children
Play-based learning and intentionality
Learning environments
Cultural responsiveness
Continuity of learning and transitions
Assessment and evaluation for learning, development and wellbeing
Principles
Similarly, language changes and additions mean that the principles are now:
Secure, respectful and reciprocal relationships
Partnerships
Respect for Diversity
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives
Equity, inclusion and high expectations
Sustainability
Critical reflection and ongoing professional learning
Collaborative leadership and teamwork
Outcomes
The outcomes have remained largely the same, with some language changes. To see the full list of new outcomes, download the EYLF poster.

The higher education system in New Zealand is well known for its research-focused approach and globally ranked institutions. Many students explore factors like academic quality, campus environment, and employability when shortlisting the top universities in New Zealand. Resources shared by platforms such as Education Vibes can be helpful for understanding university options and general study pathways.
This post does a great job explaining the value of practical resources for early learning professionals. The way the poster is positioned as both useful and accessible is very helpful. I recently came across a resource review on https://www.whirlwell.net/ that emphasized similar educator tools, making this feel very timely and relevant. Nicely done.
A very useful resource presented in a clear and accessible way. The explanation of how the poster supports learning frameworks was especially helpful for educators. I recently came across a similar educational resource mention on https://searenovation.com/ which made this post even more relevant. Thank you for making these tools easy to understand and access.
The EYLF v2.0 updates seem significant, particularly the added practices, such as Holistic and integrated approaches, how will these changes impact daily learning frameworks in practice?
